Accounts
- You must be at least 18 to create an account or purchase on behalf of a child learner.
- Provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activities under your account.
License to Use Courses
Upon purchase, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access course materials for household use. You may not resell, share publicly, or redistribute course content without permission.
Acceptable Use
- Do not interfere with the Services, circumvent security, or misuse support channels.
- Do not upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing materials.
- Use content as intended: family instruction for children to learn cycling safely.
Payments & Refunds
Prices are shown in USD and may change. Taxes may apply. If a course is misrepresented or defective, contact us within 14 days of purchase for a good-faith resolution. Some jurisdictions provide additional rights that we honor.
Disclaimers
Cycling involves risk. Always supervise children and practice in safe environments. We provide educational guidance; outcomes depend on the learner, environment, and equipment. We make no guarantees of specific results or timelines.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Purposefulix RideLab is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability for claims relating to the Services will not exceed the amounts you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or engage in harmful activity. You may stop using the Services at any time.
Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California.
Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified on the website. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
